This season’s musical journey begins close to home with a weekend residency and three wide-ranging concerts with Brooklyn Rider’s artists, who are long-time Festival friends. They will present music by living composers Evan Ziporyn, Philip Glass, Giovanni Sollima, their own Colin Jacobsen, as well as joining us for Boccherini, Berio and Mozart’s wonderful Sinfonia Concertante, here in an early 19th century version for string sextet.
