UVA Wind Ensemble Fall Concert

The McIntire Department of Music presents the UVA Wind Ensemble on Monday November 26th at 7pm in the Hunter Smith Band Building. Directed by Willliam Pease, the UVA Wind Ensemble will perform works by George Gershwin, including an arrangement of his beloved Rhapsody in Blue, and selections from Broadway hits The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables.

The UVA Wind Ensemble features 52 of the most outstanding brass, woodwind, and percussion players at the University. The UVA Wind Ensemble is dedicated to excellent performance and diverse repertoire encompassing a wide variety of styles and composers.
