he 130th annual Rose Parade, which features varied floats and marching bands from across the world, is scheduled to take place in Pasadena, California, on the morning of New Year�s Day at 8 a.m. local time (11 a.m. EST). The line up of talents, hundreds of spectators make this event an historical one. Nineteen marching bands are joining the celebrations this year along with two more bands from the universities playing in the Rose Bowl 2019 game, a football game between the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Washington Huskies that will take place a few hours prior to the parade. The earliest Tournament of Roses welcomed 3,000 spectators to its first parade filled with beautiful, horse-drawn carriages covered in flowers.
