The Charlottesville Symphony at the University of Virginia presents its 2016 Youth Concerts on October 13th at 10:00am and 11:30am in Old Cabell Hall.

Every year the Charlottesville Symphony at the University of Virginia performs two Youth Concerts as ways to engage children and get them excited about music and orchestra. The first Youth Concerts performed by the Symphony were in 1977. The popularity among students, support from local music teachers, and the continued support of area foundations, businesses and individual contributors have ensured the continuation of these events.

For more information about the events please visit the Symphony's Youth Concerts webpage and download the invitation and instructions.

Please direct questions to Elizabeth Roberts, Director of Youth Education, at ear4x@virginia.edu.

Old Cabell Hall is located on the south end of UVA's historic lawn, directly opposite the Rotunda (map). Parking is available in the Central Grounds parking garage on Emmet Street, in the C1 parking lot off McCormick Rd, and in the parking lots at the UVA Corner.  Handicap parking is available in the small parking lot adjacent to Bryan Hall.
