The UVA McIntire Department of Music presents a concert of the complete cello suites of Ernest Bloch. These under loved gems of the cello repertoire were written at the very end of his life and are intensely lyrical and expressionistic. The program includes all three suites performed by cello students from the studio of Adam Carter. This free concert takes place at 8pm on Monday, April 13th at 8pm in the UVA Chapel. Cellists Brent Davis, John Kanu, Christopher Fox, Olivia Liu, Isabella Tucker, and Josef Zimmerman will be performing.

The UVA Chapel is located on McCormick Road adjacent to the Rotunda and across the street from Alderman Library. Parking is available in the central grounds parking garage on Emmet Street, and along the streets by the Chapel. The Chapel is accessible to all and handicap parking is available directly across the street.
