Guidelines
The decision to print any submission is completely at the discretion of the UVA Department of Music. Submissions must include a contact name and phone number, dates and times of scheduled events, along with the name and telephone number of the person submitting the event or press release.
Deadlines
We welcome submissions, including images, sound recordings, and publicity information about the event. The deadline to submit is 5 weeks prior to the event.
Failure to adhere to the 5 week deadline will result in:
No publicity (posters, radio announcements, flyers, etc.) for your event, no program for your event, limited monetary allocation in the ensemble's budget for the following year, and your reservation requests for the following year will have lower priority.
