Ana Hopkins

Ana Hopkins serves as the Fiscal Assistant and Event Coordinator for the University of Virginia’s Music Department. She oversees many financial operations, including purchasing, reimbursements, and account management, while also coordinating guest artist lodging. She serves as the fiscal lead for the Cavalier Marching Band, managing budgets, travel, and events management. 

Ana brings a background of financial support and administrative coordination, which shaped her detail oriented and collaborative approach to her work. She takes pride in supporting impactful programs and helping teams operate efficiently behind the scenes.

Outside of work, Ana enjoys being immersed in nature. Whether she’s out in her garden, hiking somewhere along Skyline Drive, or kayaking on the river, you are guaranteed to find her exploring the outdoors. When she is home, she is dedicated to caring for her small collection of fish tanks.
