Auditions
UVA Students: This is your chance to audition for one of our performance ensembles!

You can also visit and download a list of the ensembles that are taking place in the fall. (list of ensembles)
Most of our auditions take place during the week prior to academic classes, with one notable exception: First-year CMB members were required to complete a virtual audition by July 31.
If you are an incoming or returning student interested in learning more about the music major, ensembles, private lessons or academic classes please fill out our interest form. The music department will send you more information about whatever music department opportunity you are interested in.
If you have a specific question not answered on the website please write music@virginia.edu and a music student, staff or faculty member will respond to you.
