Department of Music

The McIntire Department of Music presents the UVA Wind Ensemble on Sunday November 23rd at 5pm in the Hunter Smith Band Building. 

The Wind Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. William Pease and assistant director Andrew Koch, features 45 of the most talented musicians from every school at the University.  The fall concert will have works from famous musicals; West Side Story, The Sound of Music, Fiddler on the Roof, and more. The group is open to all University of Virginia students who enjoy the genre of the wind band.
