Voice Recital - Fall 2023
The University of Virginia Department of Music presents a recital by students of Stephanie Nakasian on Thursday, November 30th, 2023 at 7:00pm in "The Forum" at O-Hill Dining Hall.
The recital will consist of performances from a variety of genres such as jazz, pop, theatre, rock, blues, R&B, folk, and original music by students who have studied voice with Stephanie Nakasian during the fall of 2023. These students are excited to perform this semester's worth of hard work!
The students performing in this recital are Henry Boland, Jesper Braley, Annabelle Bridgforth, Zoe Cacanindin, Casey Cunningham, Whitney Edgerly, Sooren Ghodsi, Trisha Gulati, Laura Lee, Annie McGahren, Sam Moran, Ema Reilly, Deevena Sista, Kenzie Stinson, Amit Vallahb, Alex Kaitlin Williams, and Anna Yankoski.
Each student will sing 2 songs of their choosing.
Stephanie Nakasian is an exciting, well-seasoned vocalist and master of innovative jazz improvisation, completely authentic with a fresh and vibrant sound all her own.
Observatory Hill is located at 525 McCormick Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22904 on the southwestern corner of Alderman and McCormick Roads near the first year residences. "The Forum" is located toward the back of the building.
