This is a unique opportunity to experience the ancient raga music of India in an intimate setting with Srinivas Reddy on sitar and Mayuresh Abhyankar on tabla. In addition to performing an afternoon of ragas, the artists will also explore the contemplative underpinnings of the tradition as it has been practiced over generations.

Currently Srinivas is a visiting professor of Religious Studies and Contemplative Studies at Brown University. He lives in Rhode Island and spends his time performing, teaching, and conducting research around the world.
