On Saturday, December 5th at 3:30pm in Old Cabell Hall, Room 107, students from the Chamber Music and String Ensemble Class (MUEN 3630) will be performing a recital. The recital is free and open to the public.

Audience members will have the opportunity to hear seven student ensembles ranging in size from duos to quartets. These groups will be performing works by Beethoven, Johan Halvorsen, Mozart, and many more.

Performing participants were selected by audition at the beginning of the semester and have been studying these works with McIntire Department of Music faculty during the course of the semester. This recital represents a semester of intense study and the program features a wide range of music that is sure to be a pleasurable experience for all listeners.
