Our very own, Constance Gee, former Lecturer of Viola at the University of Virginia and current Assistant Professor of Viola at the University of South Carolina, will provide her insight into the viola repertoire in a masterclass in Old Cabell Hall Room 107 on Saturday, November 1st at 12 noon..

As recitalist, chamber musician and orchestral musician, Constance Gee has performed extensively across the U.S. and Europe. With over twenty years of teaching experience, Gee has taught all levels and ages in many different contexts. She is the founder of the Chamber Music Workshop at the University of Virginia, a community-based program linking the University of Virginia with its local amateur musicians.

The masterclass is free and open to all violists and viola enthusiasts.
