Department of Music

The University of Virginia McIntire Department of Music presents a recital by students of Stephanie Nakasian on Thursday, April 18 at 7:00pm in Newcomb Hall Gallery. The recital will consist of performances from a variety of genres such as jazz, pop, theatre, rock, r&b, blues, and original. The performing students include: Megan Blaustein, John Brown, Caitlin Catterton, Ty’Leik Chambers, Joyce Cheng, Margot Ehrenthal, Ahmad Frahmand, Shuang Geng, Madeline Halgren, Tina Hashemi, Yanyan Hiu, Perry Kauffman, Jacob Love, Nadine Michel, Johnny Ngyuyen, Lowry Neal, Ethan Payne, Caroline Peters, Sophia Rogers, Jane Slaughter, Clayton Turner, Valentin Vila, Michelle Whitlock, and Anna Woodward.

Newcomb Hall is located on 180 McCormick Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22903 (map). Parking is available in the Central Grounds parking garage on Emmet Street, in the C1 parking lot off McCormick Rd, and in the parking lots at the UVA Corner.  Handicap parking is available in the small parking lot adjacent to Bryan Hall.
