The performers:

Grady Owens (NYC)
Grady Owens is a songwriter and sound designer. He graduated from The Rhode Island School Of Design with a BFA in Film/Animaion/Video. After moving to New York City he turned from filmmaking to focus on music production, audio engineering and teaching. His songwriting embraces poetry, electric guitar solos, the spectacle and electronic soundscapes. Currently you can find him performing his music every month at various NYC venues.

A.D. Carson
Making his Charlottesville debut is A.D. Carson, an emcee and award-winning artist with essays, music, and poetry from Decatur, Illinois. His work deals with race, literature, history, and rhetorical performances. His most recent project, “Owning My Masters: The Rhetorics of Rhymes and Revolutions,” is a digital archive that features a 34 track rap album and was submitted (and successfully defended) to Clemson University’s graduate school for his doctoral dissertation.

Maxx Katz’s Floom
Classical flutist by day & metal guitarist by night, Maxx Katz decided to stop compartmentalizing and make a project that includes the expressiveness of flute in the unforgiving, meditative geology of doom metal.

Golden Glasses
Steve Snider's drums and vocals jazznoise solo project. Masterful drum shredding and wall of noise.
