Department of Music

The UVA Flute Ensemble is comprised of talented student musicians majoring in all areas of study. Recitals feature music of standard flute repertoire as well as contemporary works, including pieces for soloists and multiple flutes. The Ensemble is directed by Kelly Sulick, and will feature Christina Horner, Tatevik Markaryan, Karen Shufflebarger, Lynne Stockton, Jessie Tosto, Kristina Venieri, Marianna Zabkowski, and Meredith Zettlemoyer performing works by Ray Gariglio, Mike Mower, Laura Pettigrew, and Patapio Silva.
