Department of Music

The University of Viriginia McIntire Departement of Music present a recital by the Virginia Tech flute and piano duo on Friday February 27th at 8pm in Brooks Hall.  The recital is free and open to the public.

Virginia Tech faculty members Elizabeth Crone, flute and Rick Masters, piano will present an engaging and diverse recital of chamber music. Joined by Nicole Paglialonga on violin, the group will present works by Bohuslav Martinu, Florence Price, James Sochinski, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, and feature two world premieres by Valerie Coleman and Elizabeth Hoffman.

Historic Brooks Hall is on University Avenue adjacent to University of Virginia’s Rotunda and directly across the street from St. Paul’s Memorial Church and the Bank of America.

Parking is on the street or in one of the many parking lots & garages on "the Corner" across from Brooks Hall in lots on Elliewood Avenue, University Avenue, Fourteenth Street, and Wertland Street.
