The Cavalier Symphony Orchestra is proud to present its Fall 2024 Concert — Movement!

On Sunday, November 10th, 2024, at 3:00 PM, the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra will perform its fall 2024 concert at Piedmont Virginia Community College!

The Fall 2024 concert repertoire sets the scene of a world in motion. From the Wild West to a magical Christmas world, the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra will invite the audience on an adventure like no other.

After a semester of hiatus, the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra's Philharmonic Ensemble has returned! The concert will begin with two pieces from the Philharmonic Ensemble and proceed with four great works from the Main Ensemble. Join the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra for a musical experience that never stops moving!

Main Ensemble:

Schubert  Symphony No. 8 "Unfinished", Mvmt. 1

Saint-Saëns  Danse Bacchanale

Beethoven  Symphony No. 7, Mvmt. 2

Marquez  Danzon No. 2

 

Tickets for this event will be available at the door and online for prior purchase. Tickets are $10 for non-UVA students, and free for UVA students. UVA students must present their student ID for free admission.
