The Cavalier Symphony Orchestra is proud to present its Spring 2025 Concert — The Wanderer's Tale!
On Sunday, April 6th, 2025, at 3:00 PM, the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra will perform its spring 2025 concert at the Martin Luther King Performing Arts Center at Charlottesville High School.
The repertoire for this concert follows the story of a lone hero and his unpredictable voyages, with a new surprise at every turn. The Wanderer’s Tale presents a narrative of intense battles, bright new worlds, devastating losses, and arrival at incredible glory. Join the Cavalier Symphony Orchestra for a musical adventure like no other!

Brahms — Symphony No. 3 in F Major, Mvmt. 3
Mussorgsky — "Baba-Yaga" and "Great Gate of Kyiv" from Pictures at an Exhibition (arr. Ravel)

Tickets: This semester, CSO established its Scholarship Fund to support under-resourced musicians in Albemarle County Schools. Proceeds from this concert, as well as fundraising events throughout the semester, will sponsor instruments, music, and other resources to support musicians at Albemarle High School. Although admission to the concert is pay-as-you-want, our concert tickets are usually $10.
