Department of Music

The UVA Trombone Ensemble is made up of talented low brass musicians from the University of Virginia and community members from the Charlottesville region. Trombone ensemble will meet once a week and performs original works, popular transcriptions, arrangements and student compositions. We will present one performance per semester and will hold additional optional performances throughout the UVA and Charlottesville community. All level of trombonist/low brass players are welcome to participate.
