The University of Virginia Wind Ensemble’s spring concert is Monday, April 20, at 7:30 PM in the Hunter Smith Band Building. The event is free to attend and open to the public.
Led by UVA’s Director of Bands, Elliott Tackitt, the 45-member Wind Ensemble features the most outstanding brass, woodwind, and percussion players at the University and rehearses and performs in the Fall and Spring Semesters. The focus of the UVA Wind Ensemble is for students to explore their artistic potential in a collaborative environment.

The Hunter Smith Band Building is located at 180 Culbreth Rd. Parking is available next door, at the Culbreth Parking Garage at 130 Culbreth Rd.
